Where we ship

RLR Athletic currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states.

Made-to-order fulfillment

RLR Athletic apparel is made on demand. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Fulfillment times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods, for large orders, or when an order needs review.

Shipping rates

Your available shipping methods and exact cost are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart, order size, and destination. Products from different fulfillment groups may ship separately, and a mixed cart may combine shipping charges. We do not add handling fees after checkout.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after production and is provided by the carrier. Transit dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, and address issues.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking information is sent when each package ships. If an order is fulfilled in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different days. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show carrier activity.

Address changes, unclaimed packages, and reshipping

Use our Contact page immediately if an address is incorrect. Include your order number and the corrected address. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, or because the package was unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or damaged packages

Use our Contact page and include your order number. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. For a package that arrives damaged, submit the form within 30 days of delivery and describe the damage; we may request clear photos after reviewing your message.

Cancellations

Because production can begin quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. Use our Contact page immediately. If fulfillment has not begun, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel the order. Once production begins, the order cannot normally be cancelled or changed.
