Are RLR Athletic products available now?

Yes. For a first look at the current five-piece starting rotation, visit Start Here: The Core Training Set. You can also browse New Arrivals. The sizes shown on each product page are the options currently available to order.

Are products made on demand?

Yes. Production begins after an order is placed. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Fulfillment times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods, for large orders, or when an order needs review.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping methods and exact cost are calculated at checkout for the products and delivery address in your cart. RLR Athletic does not currently advertise a universal free-shipping threshold.

Where does RLR Athletic currently ship?

RLR Athletic currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states. Any available delivery methods and carrier rates for your order are shown at checkout. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, and products from different fulfillment groups may ship separately.

How does sizing work?

Each product has its own size range and fit. Review the product description and Size & Fit Guide before ordering. The Recovery Hoodie runs small. The pocket legging is close-fitting with mild compression; where fit guidance is not yet a single official size-up or size-down call, use the product-specific body and garment measurements rather than guessing.

How do returns and refunds work?

RLR Athletic products are made on demand. Except where required by applicable law, returns or exchanges are not accepted for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or other buyer’s-remorse reasons. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, use our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Review the current Refund Policy for full details.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or misprinted?

Use our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We may request clear photos of the item and packaging after reviewing your message. If a damaged, misprinted, or defective item is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost under the current Refund Policy.

How should I care for the clothing?

Follow the care label attached to the garment and any product-specific notes on its page. For the padded sports bra, remove the pads before washing. Avoid rough surfaces with the pocket legging because they can pull the fabric fibers.
